By accessing or using the website anoaraethnic.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Anoaraethnic, operated by Anoaraethnic, Plot No. 12, Fashion Street, Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra 411001, India.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, server, or database connected to the Site
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Site without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and fabric dye batches.

We make every effort to display product descriptions and specifications accurately. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete the checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

We accept payment via:

• UPI, Net Banking, Debit & Credit Cards (via PayU)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select orders up to ₹4,999
• EMI options (subject to bank/card eligibility)

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent, at our sole discretion.

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible; you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Returns Policy.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product photographs, descriptions, design elements, and graphics — is the property of Anoaraethnic and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our express written permission.

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@anoaraethnic.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anoaraethnic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or our products.

Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
